Refund Policy

Monetly is a subscription-based digital SaaS product. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except in the limited cases described below.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Monetly for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked.

To claim this guarantee, email support@monetly.io within 14 days of your initial charge. This guarantee applies once per account and only to the first billing cycle.

2. Other Eligible Refund Cases

Beyond the satisfaction guarantee, refunds may also be issued for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing amount
  • Proven technical failure preventing access to the service

Refund eligibility for these cases is determined at Monetly's sole discretion after review.

3. Refund Request Process

For non-guarantee refund requests, submissions must be made within 7 days of the charge date.

Requests must be sent to: support@monetly.io

Please include:

  • Account email
  • Transaction date
  • Description of the issue

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Outside of the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Voluntary cancellations after the guarantee period
  • Unused time within a billing period
  • Failure to use the service

5. Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Processing

All approved refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record (Polar). Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
